Sharing a card that I made for my manager who left to follow his dreams. I’m sure he will do very well in his new position and we all wish him very well. He was a great manager and he will be missed by all of us.

To make this card I used the stamp set called Out of this World (Kraftin’ Kimmie).

Snow Yummy!

It’s Wednesday, and this month at High Hopes Rubber Stamps we are continuing to celebrating Christmas. This little snowman is enjoying his hot tub of warm cocoa outdoors in the snow. I’m sure he’s feeling so refreshed! LOL!

I stamped the image Snow Yummy (S182) (High Hopes Rubber Stamps), coloured it in with Copics and then fussy cut around it. You can’t see it in this photo, but I added glitter on the big snowflake too. I then embossed the background and popped up the die cut of the big mug with some pop-up tape. Lastly, I popped up the image as well and then finished off the card with the sentiment Holiday All Year (H200) (High Hopes Rubber Stamps) which I heat embossed onto some shiny blue cardstock.

Get Well Chick!!!

Welcome OCS Fans!

Today is Wednesday and I’m sharing a Get Well Card where this little chick is floating in to send well wishes from the latest High Hopes Get Well Release! The stamp is called Get Well Chick by High Hopes Rubber Stamps.

I started out by using my Cuttelbug and die cut Copic Marker X-Press It Blending Card using the dies from Essentials by Tattered Lace Dies – Easel Slider. Next I stamped the image using Memento – Tuxedo Black and my MISTI – Most Incredible Stamping Tool. I used Copic Markers to colour in the image and then created my own sky and clouds for the background.

Happy Father’s Day Fishes

Hi There!

Sharing a card that I made for my Father-In-Law for Father’s Day. He often talks about how he’d like to catch the big one someday, so I thought this would be a cute card to make for him.

Also including a close-up of the image.

The Digital stamp is from The Paper Shelter – TPS-WhenInDoubt-Exaggerate. Using my printer, I printed it out in Greyscale onto Copic Marker X-Press It Blending Card and then coloured it in with a mixture of Copic and Spectrum Noir markers.  Next, I fussy cut around the image and then popped it up onto the background.

Background – The Paper Shelter – TPS-WhenInDoubt-Exaggerate. Printed out image on my printer.

Sentiment – Peachy Keen Stamps – PCSC-05 May 2012. Stamped with Tim Holtz Distress Ink – Chipped Sapphire and then heat embossed with Ranger – Clear Super Fine Detail embossing powder.

Sharing a birthday card that I made in shades of blue.

Also including a close up.

Stamped image onto Copic Marker X-Press It Blending Card with Memento – Tuxedo Black ink using my MISTI – Most Incredible Stamping Tool to get a nice clean inked image. Coloured in image using a combination of Copic and Specrum Noir Markers. Used Gelly Roll Sakura #8 Pen on eyes. Sentiment stamped with Versa Fine – Onyx Black and then embossed with Ranger – Clear Super Fine Detail embossing powder.
