Hi There,

Here is my finished card from the Kit and Clowder April Markers Class.

Image is from: Mo’s Digital Pencil called “Sparkle”.

On the inside I used this sentiment:

Also made this little kitten out of wool for my Secret Pal as she said she liked cats. Making 2 pom-poms and following the directions from “Klutz – Pom-Pom Kitties”. Thought it turned out to be adorable.

For the card background I used paper from Recollection Signature – Kaitlin. LOVE this paper. I then edged the sides with Tim Holtz Distress Inks – Peacock Feathers. Along the top, I used punch from Creative Memories – Scallop Stitch. Then used the Sookwang tape and added Glitter Ritz – Ice Blue Micro Fine Glitter. Next I weaved some white ribbon through the base of the scallops.

Image was coloured in using a mixture of Copics and Spectrum Noir markers.

Stamped the sentiments and added them to the card. Hope you like it!

Sympathy Card

Hi There,

Sharing a sympathy card that I made using My Creative Time – My Thoughts Are With You Stamp and My Creative Time – Just Because.

To make the flowers in the vase, I stamped the image on some regular paper and then cut out the images to create a mask. Then I stamped the foreground flowers first on watercolour paper with Jet Black – Stazon Ink. Next I put the mask over them and then stamped the background flowers.

Coloured in the flowers with Tim Holtz Distress Ranger Ink and watercolour brush.

Purple flowers: Dusty Concord, Shaded Lilac and Wilted Violet

Pink Flowers: Worn Lipstick, Festive Berries and Candied Apple

Leaves: Mowed Lawn

Water in Vase: Salty Ocean

Stems: Zig Marker – Clover

Flower Centers: Stampin Up – More Mustard

Die cut the frame with My Creative Time – Stitched Squares Inside and Out. Outlined cut with Sharpie – Gold Medium Point – Water Based Paint.

Sentiment – My Creative Time – Inspire Die Cut and My Thoughts Are With You Stamp.

Background paper – Recollection Signature – Kaitlin.

Right side border – Martha Stuart Doily Lace punch

 

 

Belated Bithday Card

Hello There,

Like to share the tear bear I made using Teacup Panda from Kadoodle Bug Designs. (Cutie KaToodles – Teacup Panda).

My second attempt at tear bears. Lots of work, but I’m loving it. Outlined paws with Spectrum Noir Marker.

Eyes with Pigma Micron 05 marker.

Patterned paper  – Kaitlin – Recollections Signature 12 x 12 Paper Pad.

Belated Birthday inside 300 dpi

For the inside, I cut out the snail from Cricut Cartridge Birthday Bash. Then I stamped the face with Peachy Keen Stamp Set – PK490 – Everyday Character Face Assortment. I added in some extra eyelashes and used my White Gel pen on the eye. Used chalk for cheeks, outline of snail and for shadow below snail. For the shell, I used some paper that I made using the Tim Holz Ranger Alcohol Inks.
