Mice – Cupcake Birthday


Hi Everyone!

Today, I’m sharing a card that I made using Birthday Cake Mice – Pink Gem Designs – Digi Stamp. I thought this image was so adorable and I had a lot of fun colouring it too! I used Copic markers to colour the image in.

I was also so excited when I received the e-mail from Jackie letting me know that my card was accepted for the Creative Scrapbooker Magazine. It was my first time ever entering any of my cards so I thought it was awesome. It can be found on page 126 of the Summer 2019 magazine.

Golf Dog Zach – Birthday Card


Hi There!

Sharing a card that I made for my loving husband this year featuring Your Next Stamp – Golf Dog Zach – CYNS576.

Stamped the image using Memento – Tuxedo Black ink onto Copic Marker X-Press It Blending Card using my MISTI – Most Incredible Stamping Tool. Next, I coloured in the image with Copic Markers. I drew in the mound background and coloured it as well.

Next I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set with Versa Fine – Onyx Black and then embossed it with Ranger – Clear Super Fine Detail embossing powder.

Edge around edges with Tim Holtz Distress Ink – Rusty Hinge, Tim Holtz Distress Ink – Pine Needles and Tim Holtz Distress Ink – Twisted Citron.

On the inside of the card, I stamped the following Sentiments using Versa Fine – Onyx Black and then embossed it with Ranger – Clear Super Fine Detail embossing powder in the following order.

Parents Anniversary


Hi There!

Sharing a card that I made for my parents anniversary a while back last year. Been so busy that I’m just getting around to posting it now. LOL!

Here is a close-up:

 

I then put this on the back of the card to finish it off.

 

All stamps were stamped using MISTI – Most Incredible Stamping Tool. Images were stamped onto Copic Marker X-Press It Blending Card with Memento – Tuxedo Black and sentiments were stamped with Versa Fine – Onyx Black and then embossed with Ranger – Clear Super Fine Detail embossing powder. A mixture of Copic and Spectrum Noir alcohol markers were used to colour in the images.

Secret Santa


Hi There!

My husband asked me to make him a card for his Secret Santa at his workplace.

I made up this card using the dies from My Creative Time – Santa Suit Dies – MCT-D141 using some felt and Liquid Applique 322 Col#0 White. Used Marvy Heat Tool to puff up the liquid.

Background paper behind Santa was cut using My Creative Time – Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies and More. Coloured with Tim Holtz ink and then added some snow at the bottom using Flowersoft. Snow in the sky was done using Sharpie Water Based Paint – White – Extra Fine Point.

Background paper: Heidi Swapp Believe Christmas HS01073 6 x 6 in.

Celebrate It – Holiday Ribbon for sentiments.

Sharing my second Penguin Christmas card that I made using High Hopes Penguin Love SS003 stamp and card design from One Crazy Stamper (OCS) December Challenge.

I stamped the image onto Copic Marker X-Press It Blending Card paper using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Then coloured in the image using Copics and Spectrum Noir alcohol markers.

For the snow I used Recollections – Christmas Noel for ground and for snowy sky – Sharpie Water Based Paint – White – Extra Fine Point.

Background paper is from American Crafts Jack Frost 6 x 6 in. and Recollections – Blue Christmas 6 x 6 in.

I stamped the image onto Copic Marker X-Press It Blending Card paper using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Then coloured in the image using Copics and Spectrum Noir alcohol markers.

For the skates I added Wink of Stella – GL. Silver 102.

For the snow I used Recollections – Christmas Noel for ground and for snowy sky – Sharpie Water Based Paint – White – Extra Fine Point.

Pompom – Liquid Applique 322 Col#0 White. Heated with Marvy Embossing Heat Tool to puff it up.

Background paper is from American Crafts Jack Frost 6 x 6 in. and Recollections – Blue Christmas 6 x 6 in.
