Sharing a card that I made for my sister-in-law. I was so happy when Polkadoodles came out with this new release for Winnie Winter Celebrations.
The stamp that I used to create this card is called Birthday Gifts – Winnie Winter Celebration (Polkadoodles).
I printed out the image on Copic Marker X-Press It Blending Card using Grayscale. By using Grayscale, your image won’t smudge when you go to colour it in. I coloured the image using Copic markers and then used Gelly Roll Sakura #10 Pen to create the snow in the sky and
Stickles – Diamond to create some texture in the snow.
For the squares die cutting, I used My Creative Time – Stitched Squares Inside and Out. I really love the colour combos of Recollections – Northern Lights paper pad. I popped up the cut out frame and coloured image using 3M VHB – 2 sided tape. Lastly, I die cut some snowflake borders using Snowflake Border Die (#YourNextStamp) and then just used glue on 1 half of each side of the snowflakes and then mounted them onto the paper. Lastly, I added some small purple gems into the centre of each snowflake and some larger purple perls to the top and bottom of the card to finish it off.
